Created in 1977, GeboPlast specialises in recycling waste plastic. The company joined the Schroll Group in September 2010.
GeboPlast treats over ten thousand tonnes of plastic a year on its two production sites in Alsace, at Muhlbach sur Bruche and Lutzelhouse.A team of 38 professionals works every day to guarantee a quality of service and production that meets the specifications of the users of these recycled raw materials.

GeboPlast specialises in the pre-processing and processing of thermoplastics and possesses 2 separate units for the purpose:

The quality department, the keystone in the process
To produce qualities that meet customers' specifications, GeboPlast has its own laboratory, equipped in particular with a mini- extruder, a film extruder and a mini-injection moulding machine, which enables it to carry out a whole series of quality tests, at every stage of the process.
Samples are taken from every container of pellets produced for testing, thereby guaranteeing the quality of the pellets.
Tests include in particular MFI (Melt Flow Index), density, filler content, bulk density, volatile content. In addition, when necessary, there are also extrudability, extrusion-blow moulding and colorimetry tests, among others.
Thermoplastic compounds are produced to specifications defined by customers. The pellets produced by GeboPlast constitute a new raw material ready for use in injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, rotational moulding installations, etc.
Pre-processed and processed products can be supplied in big bags, octabins, 25 kg sacks or tanks.
